Founder Patrick Van Lijsebetten:
from engineer to director
Patrick started his career as an engineer and progressed through R&D and sales to become Director of Sales & Marketing Benelux at an international family business.
After 20 years in the field, he founded Interpres in 2001 and simultaneously helped build what would later become WINSEARCH. With additional degrees such as an Executive MBA (AMS) and certification as a Certified Director (GUBERNA/Vlerick), he had all the assets required to become an entrepreneur.
Since then, he has combined:
- Technical insight with strategic leadership
- Commercial experience with organizational development
- And a deep-seated conviction that good decisions arise from clarity and collaboration
